My Artistic Journey

What began as a childhood obsession with colors and creatures has grown into a lifelong passion, born in France, raised in Australia, and shaped by two rich cultures, my journey as an artist has been anything but ordinary. For decades, I’ve poured my love of storytelling, infusing a bit of humor and heart into each piece.

Painting to me is like meditation relaxing-free thinking for imagination to transform into creation. When I go out to my art studio I shut the door behind me, leaving the entire world behind and enter to my freedom of ideas, thoughts, dreams and imagination. I believe  every painting has a story to tell, they all start with an image or idea.

 I don’t often explain the meaning behind my paintings. Not because there isn’t one, but because I believe art isn’t just about the artist.
It’s about what you see, what you feel, and where it takes you.
Art is a quiet conversation between the piece and the person standing before it.
Your journey with it matters just as much as mine.

What you feel—what you imagine—is just as valid as what I felt when creating it. That’s the beauty of it all: the story becomes yours, the moment you look at it.
